New postprocessor-converter for punch press

In the project for retrofitting of punch press Amada™ Aries was realised converter for existing part programs and programs, generated by CAD/CAM for punch press.

Part programs are converted automatically to format for CNC20 (from *.GCD file to *.CNC). All functions wich are supported:

Functions for punching and nibbling of lines (G28, G69, G79)
Functions for punching and nibbling of arcs (G26, G29, G68 и G78)
Functions for shear proof (G66, G67)
Punching a grid (G36, G37)
Using of subprograms (U..V, W), multiple part punching (G75, G76, Wn)

Functions for auto repositioning (G25, G27) are realised in CNC.

Converter shows part, tool path and text output of converted program.
